Tech Team Shaping is appropriate for HR professionals, CTO's or Recruiters. My knowledge, experience and maturity gained from working in the software engineering industry for over 18 years, deep in the heart of software development teams as a testing professional and SCRUM Master, has given me a unique insight into the combination of profiles that any resourcer should target, when hiring I.T professionals for new projects, or just to support ongoing initiatives. Do you think you need 6 developers for a new project? After my initial assessment has been done, it could be that you only need 4 or you need a different combination of profiles than you first thought. Whatever project you have to run, I will be able to help you shape it to maximum efficiency, also being explicitly mindful of cost.
